Passport offices in Spain, city by city

Each city arranges its own passport appointments

Passports are issued at Policía Nacional offices, and each city works out its own booking. Choose a city to see which office handles passports, why you should pick the passport service rather than the identity card one, and what a child’s application needs.

2 offices in Santa Cruz de Tenerife
  • Santa Cruz de Tenerife

Policía Nacional – DNI y Pasaporte Santa Cruz De Tenerife

Calle Robayna, 23, Santa Cruz de Tenerife

If a child’s passport needs extra authorisation or a judge’s permission, sort it out before the visit.

Bring a valid DNI (Spanish national identity card), a recent compliant colour photograph of 32 × 26 mm and payment or proof of payment of the passport fee. No separate photograph is needed if the DNI is issued or renewed that same day. Bring any still-valid passport being replaced so it can be cancelled. For a child without a DNI, prepare the birth certificate specifically issued for the passport, less than six months old, and proof of parentage/guardianship, adult identification and all required consents. Confirm any special case with the issuing unit. The passport-purpose annotation is not required on an electronic DICIREG birth certificate carrying a personal code. If the child previously supplied the birth certificate for a passport issued by the Spanish police, that passport can be presented instead; this alternative does not apply to passports issued by a diplomatic mission or consulate.

  • Santa Cruz de Tenerife
