Police offices for fingerprints and TIE collection

The office that issues your card depends on your province

Fingerprints and card collection happen at police immigration units or DNI and passport offices, depending on the province. Choose a city to see which office serves you, which option to pick when booking, such as fingerprints and card rather than a renewal filing, and which area it covers. Keep your receipt for the collection visit.

Policía Nacional – DNI y Pasaporte Santa Cruz De Tenerife Norte

Calle Ramón Pérez Ayala, 6, Santa Cruz de Tenerife

This visit only issues the card, so come once your permit has been approved.

Prepare EX-17 with original and copy, valid original passport/travel document, recent colour face photograph 32 × 26 mm on a plain white background, and proof of the appropriate 790-012 card fee. Follow the case checklist for visa/entry, authorisation decision and any required Social Security evidence. For renewal bring the previous card; after an address change prepare a padrón document issued less than three months ago. Report a lost/stolen card even if expired. Minors need the properly identified legal representative or authorised person.
