  • Aalst

    Administratief centrum Aalst

    Werf 9, 9300 Aalst

Book an appointment to order your residence card in person, and fix your collection date at the same visit.

Bring the invitation and current residence document or applicable replacement, plus national identification or passport. For a child under 12 bring the parent’s residence document. A counter photo is free; bring a compliant photo taken within six months for a child under three or unable to sit upright. For collection bring the current/replacement document and PIN sent by post; urgent delivery handles the PIN differently.

  • Antwerp

    Loket Antwerpen-Harmonie

    Harmoniepark 1, 2018 Antwerp

Your photo is taken during the renewal appointment, and you collect the new card at the same service point.

For the application appointment, prepare your current electronic residence card and a payment card. The city offers a staff-taken digital photo; bring your own compliant photo if preferred, or for a child under four or unable to sit independently. For collection, the cardholder attends with the PIN received by post and the current card or replacement document issued at application. Harmonie has no photo-print booth. The free photograph does not make the new residence card free; check the current document price. For first cards, A/H renewals or fingerprint appointments, follow the city’s specific instructions for your card type.

  • Bruges

    Huis van de Bruggeling

Frank Van Ackerpromenade 2, 8000 Bruges

Bring the invitation, valid identification and your old card or replacement document where applicable. For collection bring PIN/PUK and the current card or replacement. Bring a compliant photo for children under three or unable to sit still; otherwise the counter takes it. Fees depend on card type, age and urgency.
