Offices for integration and housing reports in Spain

Check whether you need to call, book or can walk in

Some offices are run by the regional government, others by the city’s immigration or social services team, and a few give advice before you file the formal request. Choose a city to see which report each office handles, how to reach it and what to prepare.

    Junta Municipal — Abastos

    C/ Alberic 18, Valencia

File your request at the district board register, and the municipal health service then contacts you about the home inspection.

Complete the standard request and bring the A205 payment receipt, current residence permit or proof of its application, and evidence of the right to occupy the home. Give a working telephone number: the inspection cannot be arranged without it. Check your padrón details before filing. Where the Delegación del Gobierno has set an appointment, request the report at least one month beforehand. Requests are inspected in filing order; a copy of a report also attracts the initial-report fee. Keep your filing receipt.

Oficina de Atención Ciudadana — Tabacalera

C/ Amadeo de Saboya 11, Nave oeste, 46010 Valencia

File your completed request at the west-wing registry, not at the health service’s information desk in the same complex.

Servicio de Sanidad — Reagrupación Familiar

C/ Amadeo de Saboya 11, Patio A, planta baja, Valencia

Call or visit for specialist advice on the home inspection, but file the application at a registry.

Have the procedure reference SA.IS.10, your residence-permit or application details and evidence of your right to occupy the home ready when asking what your case needs. Provide a reachable telephone number for the later inspection. The report uses padrón information recorded on the application date. For paper filing, the procedure requires the A205 fee receipt; confirm the current amount and payment instructions before paying. If the Delegación del Gobierno has set an appointment, the municipal procedure asks you to request the report at least one month beforehand.
