Where to ask for your integration certificate in Belgium

Most agencies want a call or an email before you visit

Each regional agency handles certificates in its own way, and walk-in mornings are sometimes meant only for enrolling in courses. Under each office you will find who deals with certificates there, how to get in touch and what to have ready.

  • Aalst

Agentschap Integratie en Inburgering — Contactpunt Aalst

    Dendermondse Steenweg 16, 9300 Aalst

Phone or email the Aalst contact point before you visit, and do not expect to leave with your document the same day.

Have your identity or residence document, participant reference and existing course or language certificates ready. Explain the document’s purpose and the exact name, level and format requested by the receiving organisation. Ask whether you need programme-completion evidence, a separate Dutch-language assessment or a record from an earlier file. Confirm the required papers, any fee, how the document is supplied and its processing time before making travel plans.

  • Anderlecht

    Bon Anderlecht

    Anderlechtse-weggevoerdenstraat 1, 1070 Anderlecht

Phone Bon’s central number first, because walk-in sign-up is offered only at its Brussels head office.

Have your identity or residence document and any Bon participant reference ready. For an existing case, identify your adviser and the courses or programme you followed. Explain why you need the document and ask the receiving authority which certificate or format it accepts. Confirm how the certificate will be issued or collected, any charge for a particular document and the processing time; these reception details do not promise same-day issue. For a new programme, ask Bon which registration papers and earlier language or integration evidence to bring.

For a programme appointment, also prepare any Dutch-language certificates, earlier integration proof, and relevant OCMW/VDAB/asylum-centre or work/study evidence. Ask which course or book charges apply and which accepted payment method to bring. For a copy, ask what Atlas needs to find your former file and confirm the format required by the receiving organisation. Before relying on an old certificate for Belgian nationality, have the city desk check the social-orientation evidence behind it.
