Offices for integration and housing reports in Spain

Check whether you need to call, book or can walk in

Some offices are run by the regional government, others by the city’s immigration or social services team, and a few give advice before you file the formal request. Choose a city to see which report each office handles, how to reach it and what to prepare.

Gerencia de Urbanismo y Medio Ambiente — Registro General y OAC

Avenida de Carlos III s/n, 41092 Seville

Walk in to the city planning registry to file your application, and staff then arrange an inspection of your home.

Prepare the signed Modelo 85, a copy of your valid residence card, an updated collective padrón certificate listing everyone and all family units in the home, and evidence of the right to occupy it. The detailed procedure asks for a padrón certificate issued no more than one month before filing. For rental housing it also asks for AVRA deposit evidence and, where applicable, proof of your relationship to the leaseholder. The standard fee is €10.40: confirm the current payable amount before paying and attach the receipt. Keep your contact telephone working for the inspection. Online filing requires a digital certificate; the city also allows a certificate-holder to act as a document presenter, so confirm the appropriate signing and presentation arrangements.
