Offices for integration and housing reports in Spain

Check whether you need to call, book or can walk in

Some offices are run by the regional government, others by the city’s immigration or social services team, and a few give advice before you file the formal request. Choose a city to see which report each office handles, how to reach it and what to prepare.

Oficina de Atención a la Ciudadanía (OAC) Centro – Línea Madrid

    Calle Velázquez 52, 28001 Madrid

Book a registration slot first, since that visit only files your request and is not the assessment interview.

Use the official application and keep the model 030 report-fee receipt. The regional procedure asks for this receipt with the initial application; prepare the remaining evidence for the interview. This includes the sponsor’s DNI/NIE, the relative’s passport, or the original and a copy of valid identity documents for a child in Spain undergoing regularisation, proof of relationship, current collective padrón, deed or tenancy agreement and recent water, electricity and gas bills. For reunification of a child living in the country of origin, provide authorisation from the legal guardian with whom the child lives; photographs of the rooms may also be requested. Follow the interview notice for the actual venue and document checklist. Keep the filing receipt and watch the notification channel chosen in the application.
