For arraigo, prepare a valid passport and the required recent padrón certificates. For housing, prepare the form, valid ID, evidence of occupation and collective padrón; show the original identity and housing papers at the inspection. Confirm report validity with the receiving authority.
Almería

Prepare identity and residence documents, padrón evidence and certificates of relevant training or integration activities; include representation evidence when applicable. Confirm the checklist and your renewal deadline with the office. Keep proof of filing and distinguish the report request from the residence-renewal application.
Badalona

Bring the signed request, original current passport or cédula de inscripción and TIE (foreigner identity card), plus the first-reception certificate. If unavailable, ask about accepted language and civic-training evidence. Where an earlier integration report was used, the catalogue specifies A2 or higher language evidence or 90 hours of Catalan or Spanish training; confirm which alternative and certificates apply. Keep any renewal, appeal or authority-request papers needed to identify your case.
Badalona

As a permit holder, book a visit or file electronically to get the report your family application needs.
Prepare the signed housing/occupant declaration, current passport or cédula de inscripción, cohabitation record and evidence of the right to occupy the home. The catalogue asks for a renewed valid TIE (foreigner identity card), with an exception when the child is already in Spain; confirm your circumstances. Bring the habitability certificate; its stated fallback is a land-register extract plus latest water and electricity receipts. Include relatives’ passport identity pages and only the payment evidence actually applicable after fee confirmation.
Bilbao

Book ahead and ask for the housing report with its home visit, or for the integration report.
Housing report: Ask for Informe de adecuación de vivienda, reference 0218501. Prepare the current signed request and evidence of your right to occupy the home, room numbers and uses, the people and family units living there, and the available facilities. Confirm the supporting documents, padrón requirements and any charge for your case. If you save the paper-route form and attachments online, they are kept for one month. Print the form, sign it by hand and deliver it with the documents to an authorised register within that month; saving online does not submit the request. Ask how the technical visit and report notification will be arranged. Social-integration report: Use the integration procedure’s own form and checklist. If filing on paper, print, sign and submit it at an accepted register; saving a form is not submission.
Cartagena
