Offices that help with Cl@ve and digital ID in Spain

Not every office helps with every kind of digital ID

Help with digital identification is offered by different kinds of offices: Social Security branches, citizen-service offices run by the region or the city, and others. Some only help on set days or for one type of ID, so choose a city to see what each office does, how to arrange a visit and what to bring.

For in-person Cl@ve registration, the applicant must attend, including children; an ordinary proxy cannot attend instead. For a child, bring the accompanying parent or guardian’s identification and proof of parental responsibility or guardianship. Spanish children under 14 also need their own valid DNI (Spanish national identity card); foreign children need the legally required identity documents.
