Offices that help with Cl@ve and digital ID in Spain

Not every office helps with every kind of digital ID

Help with digital identification is offered by different kinds of offices: Social Security branches, citizen-service offices run by the region or the city, and others. Some only help on set days or for one type of ID, so choose a city to see what each office does, how to arrange a visit and what to bring.

  • Lugo

Delegación de la Agencia Tributaria de Lugo

Calle de la Reina 2, 27001 Lugo

Book online at the tax office and choose the Cl@ve option, not the digital certificate one.

Bring valid DNI/NIE, your own Spanish or foreign mobile number and an email address. Foreign nationals also need their passport or travel document. The applicant must attend personally, including a child; an ordinary proxy cannot attend instead. For a minor, bring the accompanying parent or guardian’s identification and evidence of parental responsibility or guardianship. Spanish children need their own valid DNI (Spanish national identity card). Confirm the applicable identity documents for a foreign child.
