Offices for cancelling your address registration in Spain

Name the city you live in now and see how its office works

Town halls handle this their own way: signing a short declaration at the counter, reserving a time online, or sending a signed request. Bring your ID and a dated declaration that you are leaving, though what a particular office asks for beyond that can vary.

Oficina de Atención Ciudadana — Tabacalera

C/ Amadeo de Saboya 11, Nave oeste, 46010 Valencia

Hand in a written request that gives the date you stop living in the city, and attach your ID.

Prepare a written request identifying you and your padrón address, the date you will stop residing in València because you are returning to your country, and the relevant identity document. Use a digital certificate for the electronic route and retain the submission receipt. Ask the registry about any additional authority or family evidence if acting for another person or a child. Do not use the separate procedure for reporting someone else as wrongly registered at your address.
