Walk-in, appointment or online: it depends on the city
Your certificate comes from the registration office of the place where you are registered. Choose your city to see how its offices issue it, whether a simple or extended version is on offer, and what a person acting for you has to bring.
Bonn
Berliner Platz 2, 53111 Bonn
Find out which version you need, then book a counter visit or order online for delivery by post.
Bring a valid identity document and any required residence permit. Representatives need written authority and identity documents for both people. Bring evidence of any fee exemption: Bonn does not refund fees retrospectively on that basis.
