Offices that issue proof of address in Belgium

The municipality that holds your registration issues it

Your certificate comes from the municipality that holds your registration. Depending on the town, it is handed over at the counter, printed at a terminal, sent by post or downloaded from the online desk, and the versions for address history or household composition are separate documents.
