Where to ask for proof of your registered address

Each office has its own rules for who may ask and how

Some offices want you to book a visit by phone or online, others work with queue tickets, and many also accept written or electronic requests. Whether you get a full or partial certificate, and who may apply for you, is also decided office by office. When you ask, say which address or period the certificate should cover.
