    Prepare an ID copy: an identity card, passport with registration certificate, or residence document. For another person’s record, provide the required relationship evidence, written authority or legal-interest documents; staff may request more. Include the register-holding office and register number shown at the top of an existing certificate, for example Leipzig Süd or Mitte. The first certificate costs €15 and each additional identical certificate ordered together €7. Missing register details may lead to search charges of €30 for each started half hour.
