Passport offices across Poland

Each passport office has its own routine for applicants

Passport offices are part of the regional government offices, and each one has its own routine. Some work with online reservations, others also give out queue tickets that can run out late in the day, and some offer special arrangements for people with limited mobility. Where the finished passport is handed over also depends on the office.

Kujawsko-Pomorski Urząd Wojewódzki w Bydgoszczy — Oddział Paszportów Toruń

ul. Moniuszki 15-21, Wnioski: pokój 17; odbiór: pokój 28, 87-100 Toruń

Walk in and take a ticket, for as long as the day's service time lasts.

Bring your valid Polish identity card or passport if one has been issued, a compliant colour passport photo taken within the last six months, and original evidence of any fee reduction or exemption. The photo is 35 × 45 mm with a clear, front-facing image on a plain light background. Ask the office what is needed if you have no valid identity document or your personal details conflict. Fingerprints and a signature are normally taken during the adult application. Keep the receipt and check readiness before collection; bring your existing valid passport for cancellation when collecting its replacement. Do not assume a booking guarantees a document before your trip.
