Passport offices across Poland

Each passport office has its own routine for applicants

Passport offices are part of the regional government offices, and each one has its own routine. Some work with online reservations, others also give out queue tickets that can run out late in the day, and some offer special arrangements for people with limited mobility. Where the finished passport is handed over also depends on the office.

Lubuski Urząd Wojewódzki w Gorzowie Wielkopolskim

ul. Jagiellończyka 8, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski

You need a reservation both to apply and to collect your passport, and you book it online.

Bring valid ID or passport if previously issued, a compliant colour photo taken within six months, and payment or concession evidence. Card payment is available at the counter. For a child, arrange consent from the required parent or guardian: an absent parent’s paper signature needs certification by a passport authority or notary, or use the accepted electronic consent addressed to this voivodeship. Keep the application receipt and bring the old passport for cancellation when collecting.
