Passport offices across Poland

Each passport office has its own routine for applicants

Passport offices are part of the regional government offices, and each one has its own routine. Some work with online reservations, others also give out queue tickets that can run out late in the day, and some offer special arrangements for people with limited mobility. Where the finished passport is handed over also depends on the office.

If a surname changed after marriage abroad, check the Polish marriage-record requirement; conflicting identity or citizenship details may require additional evidence. Bring the old passport for cancellation when collecting the new one.
