Passport offices across Poland

Each passport office has its own routine for applicants

Passport offices are part of the regional government offices, and each one has its own routine. Some work with online reservations, others also give out queue tickets that can run out late in the day, and some offer special arrangements for people with limited mobility. Where the finished passport is handed over also depends on the office.

    ul. Piastowska 40, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała

Walk in or book online, and avoid arriving late in the day because walk-in tickets can run out.

Bring your valid passport or identity card if issued, a compliant photo taken within six months, payment evidence and any discount documents. Keep the application receipt to check readiness. At collection bring the previous passport and tell staff about any valid visas before cancellation.
