Bring all existing passports and ID cards, including expired documents, a compliant colour photo no more than six months old and payment by debit card, credit card or cash. Where child consent is required, all holders of parental responsibility consent online with DigiD (the Dutch digital ID for government websites) before booking; one accompanies the child with valid ID. For collection of an under-12 child’s document by another adult, bring signed collection authority and the consenting guardian’s ID copy. Without DigiD, ask the municipality how to arrange the required consent.
