Visits are by appointment only, and not every place offers every service. Some serve only people from a certain region, and an appointment booked before your letter arrives can be cancelled. Each place runs its appointments in its own way, so take your passport and your appointment code along.

    Prepare passport details, V-number or IND (Dutch immigration service) case information, the application receipt or collection notice and the documents in the eventual confirmation. IWCN charges formalities fees for specified work-permit categories and their families, with exemptions for certain employers and permits. No VAT is added to the fees, invoices are payable at the appointment, and specified debit cards and credit cards are accepted. These are IWCN service-fee rules, not a statement about every IND application-fee payment.
