Visits are by appointment only, and not every place offers every service. Some serve only people from a certain region, and an appointment booked before your letter arrives can be cancelled. Each place runs its appointments in its own way, so take your passport and your appointment code along.

Follow the case-specific checklist; do not assume a municipal-registration document list applies to biometrics alone. Immigration visits are at Stadskantoor, Hengelosestraat 51. M.H. Tromplaan 1 is the separate main office and is not the Welcome Center counter.
