Where to collect your EU registration card in the Netherlands

Book only for the place named in your IND letter

An approved card is handed over in person, and the IND letter says which desk holds it. Booking a different place leads to a cancelled appointment. Each desk has its own way of taking bookings, and a parent has to be present for a child. Each desk also explains what to do if your online account says the card is ready but no letter has come.

Zuiderzeelaan 43–51, La Grande Vitesse, 8017 JV Zwolle

Send your application by post first, as the pickup counter only hands over cards that are already approved.

Bring your valid passport or travel document and the appointment code from your confirmation email. Bring an existing or expired Dutch residence document or type W/W2 document if applicable; if lost or stolen, bring the police loss/theft report. Follow the IND (Dutch immigration service) letter for your particular EU card. If the IND also holds originals, one residence-document collection appointment is enough for their return. Do not choose a nearer city instead of the assigned location.
