Bring the counter code, the phone whose number was used in the application, your BSN (citizen service number), and the same valid passport or ID card whose document number you entered. Keep your chosen username and password for activation; do not send them in a booking enquiry. Check the personal-attendance requirements for every family member. If you cannot travel to a counter, official guidance offers a separately booked video route for eligible people outside European Netherlands; it is not this in-person appointment.
