Help points for DigiD and online government in the Netherlands

Library help points and municipal desks, city by city

Many libraries run an Informatiepunt Digitale Overheid, a help point where staff or volunteers explain DigiD, government messages and online forms, usually without asking you to be a member. Some city halls offer the same on request. Opening days are often limited, so open a place to see when it is staffed and whether to book.

Bring the letter, website address or question you want to understand, and your own phone if the problem involves its DigiD (the Dutch digital ID for government websites) app or SMS access. Keep passwords and verification codes private and enter them yourself.
