Help points for DigiD and online government in the Netherlands

Library help points and municipal desks, city by city

Many libraries run an Informatiepunt Digitale Overheid, a help point where staff or volunteers explain DigiD, government messages and online forms, usually without asking you to be a member. Some city halls offer the same on request. Opening days are often limited, so open a place to see when it is staffed and whether to book.

Prepare your question and any relevant government letter. Ask when booking whether to bring your phone or additional documents. Staff may explain online banking in general, but cannot look at your online bank account or help make payments. For learning how to use online banking, the library refers to the separate Oefenplein.
