Offices that confirm a Profil Zaufany in Poland

Any confirmation point will do, not only the one for your address

Different kinds of offices act as confirmation points, so a city can offer several. Pick yours to see which office it is, how to get seen, whether you take a numbered ticket and which identity document to bring, such as a residence card or passport.

  • Kielce

Świętokrzyski OW NFZ — Sala Obsługi Klientów w Kielcach

ul. Wojska Polskiego 28D, 25-377 Kielce

There is no separate booking for this, so arrive before the last queue tickets are handed out.

On pz.gov.pl choose the confirmation-point method and follow the deadline shown for your request. Attend personally with a current document that clearly establishes your identity, and have your PESEL (Polish national identification number) and application details available. The official compares these with your application and the PESEL register. Confirmation and profile use are free. If you lost access to an existing profile, explain this first: the national guidance requires invalidating the old profile before confirming a new one. Keep passwords and authorisation codes private. NFZ (National Health Fund) specifically asks foreign nationals to bring a document proving that a PESEL number has been assigned; a passport alone is not sufficient.
