Offices for reporting a move in the Netherlands

See which online and counter options your city offers

The municipality you move to is the one that needs to hear about it, and each one has its own routine. Some take reports online with DigiD, some only at the counter and some both, and all of them ask for ID and proof of your new home.

    Gemeente Maastricht – GemeenteLoket

Mosae Forum 10, 6211 DW Maastricht

Report with DigiD, or send a signed form by email or post, and that form is required for some student addresses.

For the form route, attach a valid ID copy and, if renting, the complete rental contract signed by tenant and landlord. Send to [email protected] or Gemeente Maastricht, GemeenteLoket, Postbus 1992, 6201 BZ Maastricht. Arrange your parking permit separately: even a move within the same parking sector requires cancellation and a new assessment if reapplying.
