See which online and counter options your city offers
The municipality you move to is the one that needs to hear about it, and each one has its own routine. Some take reports online with DigiD, some only at the counter and some both, and all of them ask for ID and proof of your new home.
Gouda
Burgemeester Jamesplein 1, 2803 PG Gouda
Report with DigiD, or send the signed moving form with a copy of your ID if that is not possible.
For a visit, bring ID and relevant tenancy documents. If lodging with someone, check the housing association’s written lodging permission and a copy of the main resident’s ID. An already completed move can take up to four weeks to process; advance reports are processed after the moving date.
