Where to ask for social assistance in Poland

In many cities your address decides which team you go to

Each town or commune has a social welfare centre, and big cities divide the work between neighbourhood teams. Centres take requests in different ways, by phone, in writing or in person, and a social worker will ask you to explain your situation.
