Passport applications are taken at the counter of your own municipality. Each office sets its own booking routine, serves visitors in its own languages, and has rules for children and for collecting the finished passport, with or without a new appointment.

If you have no eID, adults and children over twelve need an annex 12 loss/theft certificate, and children under twelve need a birth certificate.
