Passport offices in Belgium, city by city

Your own municipality takes the application

Passport applications are taken at the counter of your own municipality. Each office sets its own booking routine, serves visitors in its own languages, and has rules for children and for collecting the finished passport, with or without a new appointment.

Administration communale de Tournai – Population et Étrangers

    Rue Saint-Martin 52, 7500 Tournai

Only the central office handles passports, not the district counters, and it has a paid photo service.

Bring the applicant’s identity document, previous passport if held or the applicable police loss/theft certificate, and a compliant photograph taken within six months unless using the booked photo service. Prepare the relevant parental or guardianship documents. At collection bring ID and the previous passport where applicable.
