Passport offices in Belgium, city by city

Your own municipality takes the application

Passport applications are taken at the counter of your own municipality. Each office sets its own booking routine, serves visitors in its own languages, and has rules for children and for collecting the finished passport, with or without a new appointment.

    Stadhuis Sint-Niklaas – Burgerzaken

    Grote Markt 1, 9100 Sint-Niklaas

Book your application, wait for the city’s message, then collect it yourself or send someone with a power of attorney.

Bring your identity document and previous passport if held. Use a compliant professional photo or the counter camera if you can sit upright and still with your mouth closed. If someone else collects, arrange a power of attorney.
