Passport offices in Belgium, city by city

Your own municipality takes the application

Passport applications are taken at the counter of your own municipality. Each office sets its own booking routine, serves visitors in its own languages, and has rules for children and for collecting the finished passport, with or without a new appointment.

Rue de Fer, Hôtel de Ville, 5000 Namur

Come on a weekday with or without an appointment, while Saturday mornings are by appointment only.

Bring the applicant’s identity card and previous passport if held. Prepare a recent, recognisable colour photo meeting ICAO requirements; confirm whether Namur can take it before relying on that option. For a child, bring the accompanying parent’s ID and any relevant guardianship or consent documents. Check destination visa and validity requirements separately.
