Passport offices in Belgium, city by city

Your own municipality takes the application

Passport applications are taken at the counter of your own municipality. Each office sets its own booking routine, serves visitors in its own languages, and has rules for children and for collecting the finished passport, with or without a new appointment.

Ville de Mouscron — Service Permis-Passeports et bureau d’enregistrement local

Rue de Courtrai 63, Centre administratif, 7700 Mouscron

Apply at the main administrative centre rather than a neighbourhood branch, and book ahead on some days of the week.

Bring a recent colour passport photograph taken less than six months ago and your previous passport, or the Belgian police loss/theft report if it is missing. Ask which identification and child-authorisation documents are needed in your circumstances. Confirm current fees with the service, as there is no fixed amount to rely on.
