Passport offices in Belgium, city by city

Your own municipality takes the application

Passport applications are taken at the counter of your own municipality. Each office sets its own booking routine, serves visitors in its own languages, and has rules for children and for collecting the finished passport, with or without a new appointment.

Apply with or without an appointment, and check with the city before sending someone else to collect it.

Bring your identity card, previous passport if renewing or a police loss report, and a compliant photo taken within six months. Without a recent photo, the city can take one at the counter. Bring the application receipt when collecting. Urgent passports are collected at ’t Scheep.
