Passport offices in Belgium, city by city

Your own municipality takes the application

Passport applications are taken at the counter of your own municipality. Each office sets its own booking routine, serves visitors in its own languages, and has rules for children and for collecting the finished passport, with or without a new appointment.

    Commune d’Evere — Service Population

    Square S. Hoedemaekers 10, 1140 Evere

Service is in French or Dutch and, where possible, English, and you can bring an adult to translate.

Bring your identity card or applicable loss declaration, previous passport and a compliant photograph less than six months old. A lost Belgian passport can be reported to Population; theft requires a police declaration. For collection bring identity evidence or the loss/theft certificate; a representative needs authority and a copy of the applicant’s ID, subject to the stricter child rule. Collect within three months of ordering or a new paid application is needed. If no SMS arrives within three weeks, follow up with Population.
