Passport offices in Belgium, city by city

Your own municipality takes the application

Passport applications are taken at the counter of your own municipality. Each office sets its own booking routine, serves visitors in its own languages, and has rules for children and for collecting the finished passport, with or without a new appointment.

Book your application visit, then collect the passport without an appointment, up to 15 minutes before closing.

Bring your identity card and existing passport. A counter photo is free; bring a compliant recent photo for a child under three or unable to sit upright independently. For collection bring the application document and old passport. A representative needs the city authorisation form and identity evidence; special parental-authority rules apply to collecting a child’s passport.
