Where to ask for your integration certificate in Belgium

Most agencies want a call or an email before you visit

Each regional agency handles certificates in its own way, and walk-in mornings are sometimes meant only for enrolling in courses. Under each office you will find who deals with certificates there, how to get in touch and what to have ready.

Place Xavier Neujean 19b, 4000 Liège

Phone or email first and ask which completion document you can get, as it may differ if you take part voluntarily.

Have residence-title documents, the municipal referral and permit-order date, and any programme agreement or course attestations available. Ask the centre to confirm its checklist and arrange interpreting if needed. If the evidence is for a residence file, ask the authority which proof it requests; work, study or other evidence may count. Confirm any replacement or collection arrangements rather than assuming an immediate certificate.
