Where to ask for your integration certificate in Belgium

Most agencies want a call or an email before you visit

Each regional agency handles certificates in its own way, and walk-in mornings are sometimes meant only for enrolling in courses. Under each office you will find who deals with certificates there, how to get in touch and what to have ready.

CRIC — Centre Régional d’Intégration de Charleroi

    Rue Hanoteau 23, 6060 Charleroi

Email the team for an appointment, and pass your course certificates to your social worker, who issues the final one.

Keep certificates from each programme stage and explain which have already reached your assigned worker. Have your municipal referral, programme agreement and existing identity or residence documents available, then confirm the actual checklist with CRIC. If requesting a replacement or moving your file, say so when arranging the appointment. Ask about delivery, collection, any fee and the time needed for the requested evidence.
