Replacement codes reach the town hall within about ten days, so phone first to arrange collection.
Have your electronic card and any original PIN/PUK letter ready. The 2026 charge is €3 for reprinting and generating new codes for a card whose certificates were already activated. Confirm the applicable charge; Population accepts bank-card payment only. Keep your codes private.
