Offices that help with eID codes and digital keys in Belgium

Check whether your town needs an appointment first

In some towns you can walk in and change a forgotten PIN on the spot, in others you book a counter slot, send a form to the population service or order new codes from the federal service first. Check your city to see which applies and what ID to bring.

Have access to the email address used during the appointment. Check the booking instructions for the identity documents required for your circumstances; a full checklist is not available. If your problem is a forgotten eID or residence-card PIN, follow the separate PIN-recovery instructions. Non-residents should bring a payment card or app because Harmonie does not accept cash.
