    Prepare the certificate type, purpose, relevant period and any representation authority. Sending WN-CFR online requires prior consent to e-Korespondencja in e-US. Certificate requests sent through e-US or the eUS app are free of stamp duty. For income and tax-residence certificates, the standard duty for a paper or e-Doręczenia (Poland’s electronic delivery system) request is PLN 17; check any exemption before paying. Sign a paper request by hand and attach payment evidence when required. Delivery can be electronic, by post or by agreed collection. Keep an electronically signed certificate as the original file. The seven-day procedure may end in a certificate or a decision such as refusal; immediate counter issue is not guaranteed.
