Offices that accept a report of moving abroad

Use the office for the address where you are registered now

The departure report goes to the city or municipal office where you live, and a representative can file it for you with written authorisation. Offices differ in how they take it: some deal with it at the counter after you book, others point you to the national online route.

A representative or guardian can report the departure on behalf of the person leaving.

Bring the departure form and ID or passport. A representative needs written authority and their own identity document. Parents or guardians report for minors or others they legally represent. Enter whether the move is permanent or temporary correctly: the consequences for your registered addresses differ.
