Offices that accept a report of moving abroad

Use the office for the address where you are registered now

The departure report goes to the city or municipal office where you live, and a representative can file it for you with written authorisation. Offices differ in how they take it: some deal with it at the counter after you book, others point you to the national online route.

After a temporary stay abroad, you report your return in the same place where you reported leaving.

Prepare the departure form, clearly indicating permanent or temporary departure, ID or passport and any required written authorisation. Representatives must bring their own ID. Use the separate return form when reporting your return.
