Offices that accept a report of moving abroad

Use the office for the address where you are registered now

The departure report goes to the city or municipal office where you live, and a representative can file it for you with written authorisation. Offices differ in how they take it: some deal with it at the counter after you book, others point you to the national online route.

Report it no later than the day you leave, and report your return within 30 days after a temporary stay.

Prepare the departure form, selecting permanent or temporary absence accurately, and identity evidence. A representative needs authority to act and their own ID. Keep the electronic submission confirmation if applying online.
