    Counter applicants bring their old licence, appropriate valid identification, a compliant colour photo no older than six months and payment. The town hall has no photo facility. Online needs an RDW-approved photographer/booth, application code and supported DigiD (the Dutch digital ID for government websites) app identification; SMS-only login is insufficient. Surrender the old licence when collecting. Arrange any required CBR (Dutch driving test and medical fitness assessor) clearance before applying.
