For a useful conversation, prepare your question, work and education history and a CV if you have one. Explain whether you want help with applications, training or finding the appropriate organisation. Ask the adviser which documents are needed for any subsequent application. A request through the contact form asks for follow-up; it is not completed jobseeker registration or a benefit claim.

If applying for social assistance, the national application guide also asks for your BSN (citizen service number) and relevant income, assets, bank, housing and employment evidence. Check the municipal checklist rather than treating a job-search visit as a completed benefit application.
