Your own DigiD (the Dutch digital ID for government websites) is used for Werkmap; keep passwords and verification codes private. For a benefit-application appointment UWV (Dutch employee insurance agency) requires a passport or identity card; other appointments may also accept a driving licence. A person accompanying you also needs valid identification. Confirm any extra application documents and digital-help availability with the office.
