Many branches hold a counter only on certain weekdays, and a few take a summer break or work by appointment. Each branch shows which fund it belongs to, when it receives members and what to ask about the start of your cover.

Send postal documents to CAAMI (public health insurance fund) Mons, Rue Neuve 20, 7000 Mons, not this branch. For email submission, confirm the receiving office. Ask what identity and insurance-status evidence is required. Ordering blank forms is not enrolment. A transfer generally requires at least one year of membership in your current mutuality; ask CAAMI to check the conditions before choosing a quarter-start date.
